Bill was so helpful with what would fit best for our needs. Russell and his crew did an awesome job installing it. My wife and I are building a new house. We knew we wanted an efficient fireplace to reduce our propane use, but having a hard time settling on a system. As soon as we walked into Buck Stove we felt very comfortable with Bill's knowledge and experience in wood stoves. We purchased the 74 zc for its output and ease of installation, Bill even came in on a day off to accommodate a couple out of towners.

Needless to say we made the right choice and can't wait to fire our stove up this winter. Very happy with the level of service with this company! I bought a Hearthstone Heritage stove a little over a year ago and am happy with it. It really heats my house. Bill was very nice and knowledgeable about the different stoves. This year, I returned with a friend who bought a Hearthstone Equinox. Again, Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable about the stove and the new regulations from the EPA.

We purchased a Buck stove for my moms new home. She is moving back up here soon and burned wood most of her life. We especially enjoyed meeting Tucker, Bills dog. Mom is an animal lover and she loved seeing him in the store. We had the stove installed by the store and they did a really professional job.
