This company has been incredible to work with. The vinyl I had installed throughout my main level and stairs looks beautiful. Eric has come back multiple times to fix small issues, and is always very professional and efficient. I will absolutely be using them again for any future flooring needs! I was very pleased with the results. Nic and Carlos took great care in sanding even in all the corners which had to be done by hand.

Brian B. I had a very damaged wood floor. A wall had been removed to make one large room and, where the wall had been was a plank that was painted over. The room was carpeted when I purchased the home, and this was the first time I saw the floor. Mark from Footprints came and looked at it, and said they could repair and refinish it.

I had a few more questions after the initial estimate, which he answered to my satisfaction. By that evening when they left, they had removed the plank, repaired the floor with new hard wood, sanded and put down the first protective coat. It was beautiful! The next morning, they were back to complete the project.

I am very happy with the results. The floor is better than I thought possible due to some very bad stains. The wood inserts look great and the natural stain used matches my hall and living room floor very well. All in all, a super job, done in a timely manner.
